Built specifically for backpacker travellers, the Lakefront Lodge is situated on the shores of the lake with terrific views as far as the eye can see. If you're looking for a private room, consider our stand-alone cabins, located just ten metres from the main lodge building.

Enjoy the sociable atmosphere of the backpackers and the comforts of home in one of our ensuite cabins, complete with shower and toilet. Sheets, duvets and towels are provided, as well as basic cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. A small kitchenette with sink allows preparation of basic food, tea and coffee, while the backpacker's communal kitchen is within easy reach for cooking purposes. This unit is wheelchair accessible.
