Built specifically for backpacker travellers, the Lakefront Lodge is situated on the shores of the lake with terrific views as far as the eye can see. It's a lovely building – made from wood and stone to blend into the landscape – and sleeps 78 in a variety of room sizes.

If you're looking for a private room, consider our stand-alone cabins, located just ten metres from the main lodge building. There is shared bathrooms and showers close by, as well as the ones inside the lodge.

These warm alpine cabins have been purpose built and are fully insulated. They also have freeview TV for you to enjoy in the comforts of your own room.
